• Probably the most beautiful thing I’ve seen since my last message to you is the 2012 London Olympics opening ceremony. I rewatched it in light of the Tokyo Olympics, and was completely blown away by the music (Rick Smith of Underworld was the musical director), the story, the dancing, the representation, the sheer magnitude and magnificence of the production. It’s really long, but all you need to do is watch the first 30 minutes.
